SO how to make a Blog YOU ask ? THERE are two ways to do it in most blog servers EITHER Waht YOU see is what YOU get (WYSIWYG) which is simply

for uppercase selections will give you twice as many WEBDINGS !
SO just get familar with ICONS in your Blog server click on them see what they do after YOUR done you just dont save any thing and start fresh with a blank page !
